The Institute of Professional Development (IPD) and University of California, Berkeley (Haas Business School) has collaborated to offer executive education and tour in “Innovation and the Culture at Silicon Valley’ through strategic partnership with Technoriant Sdn Bhd.
With this collaboration, companies are given the chances to take part in a 5-day programme that will take place in 10 October 2022. Participants will be taken on a tour to Silicon Valley, California.
They will also have the opportunity to visit leading companies in Silicon Valley such as Google, Amazon, Target, Salesforce and so much more to better understand the ecosystem for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
“We are working collectively with IPD to change the productivity mindset through cultural immersion. Exposure to working environments in successful firms will furnish the participants with the best industry practices, which they can mirror and adapt accordingly. Even more important is the privilege to be coached by the top entrepreneurs in the world, and meet some of the most influential tycoons in person to discuss world-changing ideas,” said, Prof. Mark Coopersmith, Faculty Director of Haas Business School, author, and entrepreneur.
The programme was curated to be immersive and engaging through its out of classroom experience, by engaging with venture capitalists, investors and potential collaborators in Berkeley and San Francisco City. The candidates will also undergo business matching thorugh the mission, which is supported by the Malaysia External Trade Corporation (MATRADE).
