Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel has offered guests and visitors to celebrate the holy month by introducing ‘From Dapur Binjai’ buffet which offers a variety of childhood recipes, local cuisines as well as live cooking stations where guests can stimulate their senses simultaneously, both in sight and palate.

This year, the chefs have come up with over 150 diverse Malaysian cuisines, where the highlight of the buffet is its tender, juicy, and well marinated Roasted Whole Lamb. Apart of the star dish, the buffet also features authentic delicacies such as Ketam Lemak Berlada, Daging Rendang Minang, Ayam Percik, Ayam Golek, Kambing Opor Bali, Udang Sambal Tumis and not forgetting delightful desserts such as Ice Kacang, Cendol, Apam Balik, Waffle and many more.

“Here at Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre, most of the dishes prepared are inspired by recipes handed down through the generations by our mothers and grandmothers. We wanted to give the diners a sense of nostalgia by the recipes curated from our Chefs.” said Zakaria Ismail, the Hotel Manager.

A talk with Hanaffi, sous chef of the hotel also reveals that the Ramadan buffet menu are changed every three days, according to rotation. “This way, guests will not be bore by the same food every time they visit the restaurant,” he told The CEO Malaysia.

In conjunction with Ramadan, Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre has opted to celebrate the holy month at its newly renovated restaurant – 10Binjai, which is located at level 1. Guests have the option of either dining indoor or outdoor, while immersing themselves in the new look of 10Binjai restaurant, complete with modern furnishings and a welcoming ambiance.
